By Percentage: Use this when you want to reduce the file size or dimensions relative to the original. For example, setting it to 50% will make the image half the width and height of the original, effectively reducing the pixel count by 75%.

The Aspect Ratio is the proportional relationship between an image's width and height. If you change the width without changing the height proportionally, the image will look stretched or squashed.
