Important: We actively monitor and moderate all AI tool usage. Content that violates our guidelines or AI provider policies will be automatically rejected. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

6. AI Tools

6.1 Using AI Tools

Our AI tools use third-party AI services (Google Gemini) to process your requests. When you use AI tools:

• You provide input (text, documents, questions) to the AI tool
• The AI service processes your input and generates a response
• Results are shown to you immediately
• We don't store your inputs or AI-generated outputs permanently

6.2 AI Content Disclaimer

Important: AI-generated content (summaries, translations, code, emails, etc.) is created by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for:

• Reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before using it
• Not relying solely on AI outputs for critical decisions
• Ensuring AI-generated content meets your needs and standards
• Not using AI-generated content for illegal or harmful purposes

6.3 Rate Limiting

To ensure fair use and prevent abuse, we limit how many AI requests you can make:

• You can make up to 10 AI requests per minute
• If you exceed this limit, you'll need to wait before making more requests
• We may adjust these limits at any time

6.4 AI Service Availability

AI tools depend on third-party services and may not always be available. We're not responsible if AI services are down, slow, or produce unexpected results.

7. File Processing

7.1 Uploading Files

When you upload files:

• You still own your files
• You give us permission to process your files only to provide the service you requested
• Files are processed automatically and stored temporarily on our servers

7.2 File Storage

Important: Files you upload are automatically deleted 2 hours after you upload them. We don't keep your files permanently. If you're logged in, we may keep a record of the file names and sizes for your convenience, but not the actual file contents.

7.3 File Limits

We may limit:

• How large files can be
• How many files you can process at once
• How long processing takes

We can refuse to process files that are too large, too many, or could be harmful.

8. Ownership and Rights
