Native Cropping Methods (Mac/Windows)

If you don't want to use an online tool:

  • Mac (Preview): Select the area with the Rectangular Selection tool, then press Command + K. Note: This often just hides the content rather than permanently removing it.
  • Windows: There is no built-in 'Crop PDF' feature. You often have to use the 'Snipping Tool' to take a screenshot (which loses text selection) or buy expensive software like Adobe Acrobat Pro.
